A Death in Texas, An Anthology of Mystery Stories

The members of the Houston writing group, The Final Twist Society, publish an annual anthology of mystery stories. This year's offering is A Death in Texas. Before Ike tore through town and left everyone in the dark (current power outage map), the authors knew the book was officially published and would be available "soon". Several of this year's sixteen contributors are first time authors and very, very excited about seeing their stories in print.

When the lights come back on, those authors have a wonderful surprise waiting for them. The book is now available at both bn.com and Amazon.com.

People in much of the greater Houston area are being told the may be without electricity for 2-4 weeks. That's a long time to exist without A/C, warm showers, and hot meals. It is also long enough for you to acquire the book, read it, and write a nice review at Amazon and bn.com. Wouldn't that be a nice "welcome back" for the new authors?
